The incubation period has passed after two stylists at the Great Clips salon on South Glenstone in Springfield tested positive for COVID-19.
The Springfield-Greene County Health Department says none of the 140 clients or any co-workers who were exposed got sick.
Health officials are studying the types of face coverings that were worn and the other precautions that were taken.
Great news! None of the potentially exposed individuals at Great Clips contracted COVID-19 as a result of that exposure. 🙌
This is very encouraging and shows the value of wearing masks in public settings. #maskup417

There have been 0 transmissions associated with the 140+ Great Clips covid exposures. (We are beyond incubation period) The stylist and clients were responsible and wore masks. This is some of the most compelling data in the country about the value of wearing masks. Please mask
