Hourly pay for Walmart team leads is taking a leap this October.
Hourly Team Leads will make around $18-21 an hour, but with the ability to make as much as $30 an hour.
The stated goal of the company is to imitate the management plans they have in Sam’s Club and Neighborhood Markets.
Walmart says it aims to provide cross-training and opportunities for leadership and career growth.
