Today is the last day to register to vote for the April 6th General Municipal Election.
To register to vote, you can visit the Historic Courthouse off North Boonville, or register at a branch of the Springfield-Greene County Library.
Mail-in (Postcard) registrations will also be accepted if they are postmarked by today.
When registering to vote, be sure to bring along an acceptable form of identification.
Acceptable identification includes:
- ID issued by the state of Missouri or the U.S. government
- A current utility bill
- Bank statement
- Paycheck, government check or other government document that contains the name and address of the voter
- ID issued by a local election authority
- ID from a Missouri university, college, vocational or technical school
