A Springfield restaurant won’t be open today after a kitchen fire early this morning.
It happened this morning around 12:30 a.m. at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen at Glenstone and Primrose.
Firefighters say the flames were contained to the appliances in the kitchen.
KY3 reports the restaurant is waiting for a health inspection.
The manager hopes to reopen on Saturday.
