(KTTS News) — The NTSB has released new details about a fatal plane crash in Osage Beach.

A husband and wife from Iowa died in the crash in August 2020.

KY3 says a report says witnesses saw fuel spilling out of the plane during takeoff.

The plane didn’t start right away and there was a lot of smoke during takeoff.

Investigators say an in-flight fire and loss of control caused the crash.
