(Reuters) – Disorganized showers and thunderstorms over the central tropical atlantic associated with the remnants of Gordon have a 30% chance of becoming a cyclone in the next 48 hours, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said on Tuesday.
“This disturbance is forecast to interact with a non-tropical low to its north while moving north-northeastward at 5 to 10 mph during the next couple of days,” the Miami-based forecaster said.
