(Reuters) – President Donald Trump’s newly installed chief of the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on Monday directed all of the agency’s workers to desist from performing any work, according to an email seen by Reuters.
“Employees should not come into the office. Please do not perform any work tasks,” Acting CFPB Director Russell Vought said in an email.
