WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump signed a memorandum on Friday that the White House said aimed at preventing abuses of legal system and the federal courts.
In the memorandum, Trump directs the attorney general to seek sanctions against lawyers and law firms engaging “in frivolous, unreasonable, and vexatious litigation” against the United States or in matters before executive departments and agencies of the U.S.
