(KTTS News) — Power has been restored as part of a scheduled outage in the city of Lebanon.

Some people living in the city of Lebanon will be without power briefly because of a scheduled outage.
The city says the outage affects people on Third, Hoover, Polk, Sixth, Harrison and Jackson streets.
Power will temporarily be cut off so crews can repair downed power lines caused by the storm.
Lebanon and Laclede County have been dealing with heavy rain.
A Flash Flood Warning was issued until 12:45 p.m. for Northern Laclede County.
