(KTTS News) — Branson Police will give an update this afternoon on a deadly officer-involved shooting that happened back in February.
Randall J. Wesolek, Jr. died after he was shot by police at Dalton’s Express Gas Station on Highway 76 on February 28.
Police say three officers asked him to get out of his vehicle.
Wesolek showed a gun and there was a struggle before he was shot.
Wesolek had warrants out for his arrest.
It’s the department’s first officer-involved shooting since 2006.
