(KTTS News) — A man from Galena is charged with animal abuse after 15 dogs were found dead on his property.
34-year-old John Griffiths was arrested after 55 dogs were rescued by the Humane Society of Missouri.
Five goats, a cat and two birds were also found dead.
It’s unclear if the animals died from starvation or froze to death.
