(Reuters) – The California Department of Public Health on Friday said the state’s fifth and sixth human cases of bird flu had been confirmed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
All six people who contracted the virus had been exposed to infected cows on dairy farms, the CDPH said.
