The Greene County Sheriff’s Office says they have equipped Vehicle Safety Gateway technology for their patrol vehicles.
VSG will help deputies with responder-to-responder alerting.
VSG also has public alerting capabilities, notifying the public on navigation apps of an emergency vehicle’s location and whether they are on scene or responding with sirens and lights.
