Springfield Police say an autopsy is underway on a woman who was found dead at a home in East Springfield Tuesday.
The woman was found at a home Tuesday morning in the 2000 block of East Walnut between Dysart and Barnes.
Police say the woman’s death is considered suspicious.
No details have been released about the investigation.
