A man from Springfield has been found guilty of first-degree murder and armed criminal action for killing a man at the Ozark Inn in 2019.
A Greene County judge found 21-year-old Seth Gomez guilty of stabbing Calvin Allen, Junior while he was laying on a bed.
When he got up to run away, Gomez shot him in the back.
The Greene County Prosecutor says Gomez faces up to life in prison without parole on the murder charge and a minimum of three years in prison for armed criminal action.
