(KTTS News) — Survey teams from the National Weather Service say an EF-3 tornado hit Springdale, Arkansas Wednesday morning.
Seven people were hurt.
The tornado had wind speeds over 140 miles per hour and was on the ground for more than five miles.
It knocked out power, damaged homes and buildings, and destroyed a gym at an elementary school.
