This Saturday, December 14th, VIDOL will be placing wreaths on the headstones at the National Cemetery. The ceremony will start at 11 AM.
Wreaths For Warriors will place nearly 15,000 wreaths.
A brief but powerfully moving ceremony will precede the placement, including a ceremonious presentation, Taps, a 21-gun salute, and the ceremonial placement of the first wreath. A Piper(s) will then play throughout the wreath placements.
Springfield National Cemetery is located at 1702 E Seminole St, Springfield, MO 65804.
